It has long been a tradition in England for families to gather together for a meal at Sunday lunchtime

and even today it is still one of the most popular family events in this country.

In keeping with this tradition R.S.Hispaniola welcomes you and your family to join us

for Sunday Lunch on board our delightful ship.

Chicken liver paté served with Melba toast and red-wine jelly

Melange of melon with Parma ham and Rocket salad

Grilled goat's cheese façon Hispaniola

Main courses

Traditional roast rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish

Baked fillet of salmon with Hollandaise sauce and new potatoes

Supreme of chicken with fine Champagne sauce and a taguatelle of vegetables

Wild mushroom risotto with shaved Parmesan and olive oil

(all main courses are served with Chef's selection of vegetables)

French apple tart with sauce Anglaise

Tarte au citron with orange sauce
