The Restaurant

Modern, stylish yet unpretentious, the Hispaniola Restaurant offers an a la carte and all-day menu to choose from, as well as a comprehensive wine list. Whether it’s for a business lunch, Sunday lunch with the family or an intimate meal for two, the combination of outstanding food enjoyed against the backdrop of London’s iconic sights and the River Thames, makes the Hispaniola a perfect choice.

Our Chef Bruce Theobald has created a totally new menu that is proving to be very popular indeed. The food has a wide range of influences and he gives them his own unique twist to surprise and delight even the most discerning palate. He believes in using only the freshest ingredients, carefully prepared and then presented to the highest standards to create dishes that look every bit as good as they taste.

The Bar

With its relaxed seating area looking out across the river, and friendly, efficient bar staff, our bar is the perfect location for that lunchtime drink or join us after work with friends and colleagues. Open until late, you can watch the sun go down and see London come alive at night

The Sun Deck

Although we can’t always promise you the sun, we can promise you the perfect place to sit and watch life on the Thames while you relax with a drink or enjoy our all-day menu. You can see The London Eye and, along the river, the world famous Clock Tower of the Houses of Parliament. If you listen, you can even hear the chime of ‘Big Ben’.
