The R. S. Hispaniola is a tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned ship offering high-quality private function facilities close to the West End of London.

The decks and boardroom can be made available for private parties, dances and a wide range of corporate entertainment functions.

Our kitchens can supply exquisite cuisine for buffets or silver service luncheons, afternoon tea or dinner. You can choose from the special table d'hote menus or from our extensive a-la-carte menu - just click on the menus link below.

Special facilities can also be arranged for private events: -

• Discotheques and bands, with or without dancers, and entertainers
• Casinos with a wide range of games
• Fair stalls and a large variety of indoor games and sports
• Flowers, balloons, ice sculptures and other decorations

We are also licensed to host weddings, both civil and religious, in addition to being the ideal venue for hen nights, stag nights, wedding breakfasts and receptions.

Menus Cocktail Reception Buffet Menus Set Menus     All our prices include V.A.T. @ 17.5%. A 12.5% discretionary gratuity will be added to the final bill for all food and drinks. All our menus can be changed by arrangement. If you would like something specific, we will be only too happy to oblige and quote accordingly.

Pianists
Popular, classic tunes/songs plus requests: £65 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Jazz: £65 per hour

Keyboard: £75 per hour
Duos: Jazz pianist and singer: £500 for up to 4 hours with breaks

 

Harpist
£250 for three 45-minute sessions

Discotheque
Disc-jockey, lights, equipment and dance floor: £500 for four hours
Karaoke: £400 for two hours
Should you wish to use your own discotheque, there is a charge of £250 for a portable dance floor.

Bands
For up to four hours (with breaks):
Jazz: £725 for three musicians, £950 for four musicians
Latin American - Cuban: £1,000 for four musicians, £1,500 for six musicians

Dancers
1 Lambada plus 1 Samba: £350
1 Lambada plus 2 Samba ( 2 female plus 1 male ): £600

Magicians
£575 for two hours

Tarot & psychometric reader

£250 for two hours

Caricaturist
£525 for two hours

Fun Casinos

2 tables, including croupiers and personalised fun money: £985.
For a company logo to be displayed, please send a sample of headed paper or a bromide to arrive at least two weeks before the event.
